Third Moon Brewing - Depraver

Depraver is a 6.5% Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops. It's been brewed with oats and wheat and was hopped with a juicy combination of Superdelic, Mosaic, Nelson Hyperboost and Citra Dynaboost. This collaboration allowed us the opportunity to really test out how we could integrate liquid hop products into our recipes. Finding the right level is the trick. Ultimately, they drive more aroma and saturated hop flavour without adding bitterness. Our plan going forward is to use these products in certain scenarios and sparingly in addition to T90 pellets as a way of amplifying what we love about each hop variety. This beer drinks like a glass of sunshine with light tropical juice notes including gooseberry, passion fruit and fresh berries.
