Thompson Good Times

A "go big or go home" NEIPA. A straw color over a moderate haze. The aroma is a complex fruit cornicopia, with mango, pineapple, and citrusy orange. The palate opens with a fluffy mouthfeel from the copious amounts of wheat and oats with a slight caramel note from a small addition of Honey malt. This beer is all about the hops, with a punch in the face of tropical fruits, pear, apricot, orange peel, and a slight hint of pineapple; these flavors dominate and linger.
