Thompson Island IPA

A go-to IPA, ready for any occasion. A bright ale with an almost honey color. The aroma is an enticing mixture of citrus and orange peel, with a hint of pine and dank. On the palate there is a slight toffee note from the small amount of English Crystal malt used. The hop profile dominates with tropical fruit, candied orange, and a slight resinous note that lingers.
