Thornbridge Raspberry Blonde

Sour ale with raspberries matured in a burgundy barrel. Slightly cloudy golden yellow beer with light reddish tones; not quite white head. The smell includes red grapes, berries, wood and a slight acidity. In the taste there are wooden barrel notes, red grapes, red berries, some vinegar and raspberries. Quite dry finish, slightly tart.
