With a Sibling Rivalry base, the second in our Mousetrap exclusive series of draft only “Other Beers”. Brewed on our 7bbl system at Dickens, Three Blind Spice is a Thai influenced Tripel drawing inspiration from spices found in Tom Yum soup (lemongrass, galangal root, and kaffir leaf).
