This German style Hefeweizen made with 60% German wheat and 40% German Pilsner malt has a refreshing dry, tart, spiciness with subtle esters of banana imparted by the authentic Weizen yeast. Hopped with German Hersbrucker, Perle, & Tettnang, it is a satisfying wheat beer on these hot summer days.
