This single hop IPA uses Calypso Hops exclusively for bittering, flavor, and aroma. With a pleasant fruity aroma of apple, pear, and subtle tropical fruit notes, this hop gives a nice clean crisp bitter edge to balance the fruity contribution and a malt bill comprised of 6 different malts.
