Three Forks Lupulo Unico IPA -- Sabro

This single hop IPA uses Sabro Hops exclusively for bittering, flavor, and aroma. The Sabro hop has a neomexicanus heritage, which means unlike most hops that originate from Europe this is a sub-species of the hop family. This hop has been growing wild in the mountains of New Mexico for the past million years! It imparts a complex mix of tropical and stone fruit flavors and aromas.
