Three Forks Pelton Pre-prohibition

This ode to an early American beer style uses 23% flaked maize to give it a smooth creamy richness with a nice body while still remaining clean, crisp, dry and refreshing. Great for these hot summer days! Using a lager recipe, an ale yeast, and cold-conditioned for 4 weeks, this beer harkens to an era before the onset of mass produced, bland American lagers. Hopped with all-American crystal hops.
