Three Monkeys Beer - Chrysomelas

Sour with Kombucha SCOBY, Yunnan Golden Monkey black tea, cashew fruit and ginger --- In this fifth label of the Rare Monkeys series, we highlight the golden lion tamarin (Leontopithecus chrysomelas), an endangered species from the Atlantic Forest of Bahia, to illustrate this complex and delicate Sour, which contains a mixed culture of Kombucha (SCOBY), an infusion of Golden Monkey tea from Yunnan province (one of the most revered and exclusive black teas in the world), cashew and ginger. The proceeds will go to Instituto Vida Livre, a non-governmental organization that works on the rehabilitation and release of at-risk animals in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
