Beer description

This deliberately slightly stronger brewed, light-colored wheat beer has a wide variety of aromas and a full-bodied richness. A distinct hopping also ensures a multi-layered taste. Summery and refreshing, cereal and fruit notes combine to create an animating balance. The nose impresses with expressive fruit aromas of fully ripe banana, passion fruit and pineapple. This is accompanied by fine spices: Allspice, clove and star anise. Grain notes and fine yeast round off the extensive aroma spectrum. Ripe fruit notes reappear on the palate. Dried fruits (apricot) combine with tropical fruits (subtle banana). There are also finely rounded hops, which help to harmonize the flavour of the beer. A fine citrus freshness provides an invigorating mouthfeel.
