Classic dark beer in which the roasted aromas are clearly in the foreground. Five different types of malt give the beer an aromatic depth, while a high degree of fermentation creates a lean, elegant beer with complex aromas of dark chocolate, roasted brown bread and fresh green hops.
The nose is already dominated by a fine roasted malt sweetness, with chocolate and notes of brown bread bark. Aromas of ripe fruit combine pleasantly with elegant maltiness.
On the palate, the dark cellar beer first impresses with its slender, elegant attack. Distinct roasted malt bitterness and notes of dark chocolate harmonize perfectly with a distinct hoppiness. Fresh notes of hops lend the beer an elegant drinkability. In addition to the fine roasted malt sweetness, the finish has a long, green, ethereal hop aroma.
Tiefbraun, viel Schaum. Stout lässt grüßen. In der Nase knallen die Malze und Röstaromen. Sehr harmonisch mit feiner Hopfung.
