Sawdust City Brewing Co. - Time Is the Distance

This beer was brewed with our friends at Avling Brewery, located in the east end of Toronto. We brewed this beer on a cold day in early January, with the warmth of spring and summer on our minds. Kellerbier translates to “cellar beer,” and is an unfiltered, unpasteurized German style lager originating from Franconia, Bavaria. After spending months quietly lagering away in our cellar, the time is finally here to enjoy the fruits of our labour. Time truly was the distance.
