Table Bier / Rustic Blonde - 4% A light but flavorful offering made to please all, and a great beer to fill the gap between those tasty barrel aged beers. Brewed with New Zealand Cascade, and a small amount of Mosaic Hops, carbonated a little higher than normal for that nice crisp mouthfeel. Tasting notes of tropical grapefruit, with delicate floral aromatics, rounded out with a tart finish. A beer you can drink without pretense or closely contemplate it's simple beauty.
