Birrificio del Molino Spadoni - Tipo 1

Type 1 is a beer in the Blanche style following an old Belgian tradition, fermented with an original yeast strain from Flanders. Typical for this style is also the use of unmalted wheat and spices, such as coriander. It has a straw yellow color with a characteristic haze and a very white and dense foam, promoted by a persistent bubble formation. Its taste is sweet and slightly sour with a finish dominated by spicy and citrus notes, concluding a light and invigorating drink.
