Tivoli Brewing - Zip Line

Zipline Sour IPA is the product of Tivoli’s Collaboration with world famous brewing school, the Siebel Institute of Technology. Using kettle-souring techniques and hop additions of Amarillo, Strrian Cardinal, and Hellertau Blanc, we produced a complex yet balanced beer. Zipline Sour IPA delivers both a pleasant tartness and an abundance of tropical flavors. Take a sip to feel the zip!
