For lovers of Georgian cuisine, we prepared the second version of goze with tkemali sauce (which came to us directly from sunny Georgia).
In the course of many days of experimentation, we chose yellow tkemali from our friends Gurmadze. The sauce contains yellow plums, mint and spices. As a result, we got a balanced, fragrant and lightly smoked drink with the soul of Belarusians and Georgian character!
