Beer description
As the name suggests, this is a beer to celebrate the 5th birthday of our beautiful tap room BRUS in Nørrebro in Copenhagen. With the theme of the 5 down, there was only one way forward here, a 5-way Dry Hopped IPA Banger. We put everything into this brew because it was right for us. The malts are Pilsner, Pale, Wheat, Torrified wheat, Munich, Golden Naked Oats and Whole Oat Malt. Hops = Idaho 7, Azzaca, Mosaic, Ekuanot, Mosaic Cryo. Fermented with Verdant yeast. Expect huge moist red fruit flavors supported by a super complex body.
