To Øl (Tool Beer) - Consonance 1019

This beer is inspired by the kinds of beers that Wylam loves to make - hoppy, full flavored, yet highly drinkable. We decided to try a hop that was new to both of us, HBC1019, which is described as "a mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruit." Then we also wanted to get to know our friend Dynaboost a bit better, so we're experimenting with that in the brewhouse as well. This beer is hazy, with a malt base made with a mix of barley, wheat and oats. Calling it an American Pale Ale you can also expect that it will carry a bit more balanced bitterness than many of our NEIPAs.
