To Øl (Tool Beer) - Nebulosa

This beer is a collaboration brew with our friends at Birrificio Italiano. They share our love of lager and since we are both innovative breweries, we wanted to take pilsner in a new direction. It would be easy to make a hoppy lager with lots of American hops, but we're doing it in the brewhouse with German noble hops. We've amped the malt bill up with spelt and oats to give a nice mouthfeel and to help produce a properly hazy pilsner.
