American India pale ale is the little brother of our pale ale. Brewed with one of the most prized aromatic hops, Centennial, it brings out flavours and aromas of grapefruit, passion fruit and mild floral notes, all balanced by a medium malt backbone. Chilled to 7-10°C, it enriches any spicy and savoury dish!
