Stillwell Brewing Company - Together We Brew

Introducing Together We Brew: a new collaboration from the Craft Brewers Association of Nova Scotia! Every year breweries from around the province come together to brew a fundraiser beer for our Association. This year we gathered at Stillwell Brewing Co. on Kempt Road in Halifax to brew a traditional Dortmunder-style export lager called Together We Brew. This beer was made possible by using Canadian ingredients from our friends at Brew Culture, Shoreline Malting and Escarpment Laboratories, with cans donated by Hart Print. After eight weeks of lagering, the beer has a beautiful burnished malt character, floral hop aroma and a soft balancing bitterness. Sitting at 5.8%, it’s the ultimate everyday beer to share with friends.
