A smooth milkshake blonde with layered sweetness and a fruity finish --- PASTRY WITH A PAST The very first tompouce was made by an Amsterdam based pastry baker back in 1858. Inspired by Frisian fairground performer Tom Pouce, the pink and white pastry soon became the most iconic cake of the Lowlands. Our Tompouce Ale brings back those nostalgic moments of enjoying that three-layered legend, without having to worry how to eat it.
