Vault City - Tonka White Forest Gateau

You’ll love every layer of our latest gateau inspired dessert sour, brewed once again in collaboration with our pals at Low Key. We wanted a big beer with a sessionable ABV, made with the same delicately tart cherries and sweet vanilla as our 2022 release, but this time adding creamy white chocolate in place of dark. To top it off, a generous addition of Tonka beans creates an amazing aroma, amplifying notes of vanilla and cherry.
