This unfiltered Belgian-style Saison pours a hazy pale orange with lacy foam. On a base of Pilsner and soft white wheat malts, Top Hats is brewed with local wildflower honey, Orange and Bergamot zest, and Black Tea from Wisconsin's Fava Tea Company. Complex yet refreshing, this Saison balances citrusy fruit flavors with earthy spice and a pleasing dry finish
