What. Is. A hot dog time machine? We are glad you asked! First, we need to find out why this is important in the first place. Our friends at Hop Butcher for the World shared our interest in exploring the alternate reality of the "fluffy" IPA. We threw several sorts of wheat into our fluff condenser, hopped it heavily everywhere except at the 88-minute simmer, and fermented with yeast prepared for transtemporal travel. Last year was certainly the sausage of the times, but now it's time to join us on our journey with ketchup and enjoy this time travel adventure with hot dogs.
