Speciale is a dark amber Winter Ale with ruby ​​reflections. On the nose, the spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and ginger stand out, blending with the biscuit and dried fruit notes of the malts. In the mouth it is full-bodied and intense, it releases the warmth of the alcohol content that blends with the caramel and dried fruit notes of the malts, the finish is still fresh given the use of ginger.
