At the end of 2017, together with our colleagues from Zavod brewery, we brewed a long-playing varietal - Barley Wine, designed to be aged in a cask. We are pleased to present you the third batch of this project, which was aged for 15 months in a Chivas Regal cask. The name of this varietal refers to the spherical design motifs of our colleagues, and also hints at the very high density and alcohol content, which, together with the tannin notes of whisky cask ageing, produce a planet-shattering effect that will impress every lover of strong varieties, blast their sensitive and sophisticated receptors of literary giants, and strike them straight into the merciless Birgic hearts.
