At the end of 2017, together with our colleagues from Zavod brewery, we brewed a long-playing variety - Barley Wine, designed to be aged in a cask. We are pleased to present you the third batch of this project, which was aged for 18 months in a Chivas Regal cask. The name of this varietal refers to the spherical design motifs of our colleagues, and also hints at a very high density and alcohol content, which together with the tannin notes of whisky cask ageing give a planet-shattering effect that will impress every lover of strong varieties, blast their sensitive and sophisticated receptors of literary giants, and strike them directly into the merciless Birgic hearts.
