Totem - Sour IPA

Hazy golden, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of gooseberry, mango, unripe plum, wheat, passion fruit. Taste has sour passion fruit & gooseberry with a sweetish, juicy undercurrent; slightly bready & wheaty backbone. Tart, subtly hoppy finish, mostly lactic acid, passion fruit & gooseberry lingering. Medium body, oily/fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
