Beer description
Tourtière du Verger is a blend of 75% Saison-style beer made from Témiscamingue malt, matured for 12 months in white wine barrels, with 25% apple must from the Verger des Tourterelles (Duhamel-Ouest, Témiscamingue). Maturation in oak barrels makes this beer tangy, tart and delicately woody, while the apple adds a fruity, sweet note. The result is a complex, authentic blend of 2 local products from Abitibi-Témiscamingue (SRM 6).
