Trace Elements is a Wild Grisette/Pilsner Hybrid. It is first fermented in stainless steel with German Lager yeast, then finished with our own house wild cultures. This beer is designed to be a very light and easy-to-drink saison, with a hint of bitterness, a hint of acidity, and a hint of funk.
