Track Brewing - Ethos

After exchanging with Davy many times in the USA, he finally made it to Manchester to brew this DIPA with an "Orchestrated Minds" twist. We have enriched the malt blend with plenty of oats, making the beer particularly smooth and providing an extremely luxurious mouthfeel. Citra in three variations, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin give off notes of lime zest, passion fruit, grapes, and herbaceous aromas.
