Track Brewing - Haunt

Recently, we had Ryan and Noah from Ghost Town Brewing in West Oakland, California, as guests to brew a beer together that is as typical of the West Coast as they are. We combined Nelson, Mosaic, and Nectaron with Deep Cut Cascade - a late-harvest version of hops that contains twice as much oil as classic Cascade and unfolds sweet mandarin and peach aromas in addition to the typical grapefruit notes. We adopted Ghost Town's dry hopping technique to replicate the depth of hop character that distinguishes their exceptional West Coast-style beers.
