Track Brewing - Sea of Stars

This DIPA is a journey through the Nelson Sauvin, a hop that we believe adds a lot of complexity and breadth to any beer. The base of this beer is Pilsner malt, oats and wheat to give a rich, creamy body. Used on the hot and cold side, Nelson brings a smooth, waxy bitterness with a herbal, resinous fruit character that blends with gooseberry, white grape, sweet nectarine and honeydew melon. The finish is long, smooth and refreshingly bitter with a zesty burst of lime zest at the very end.
