Track Seven Brewery - Daylight

Don’t be fooled by Daylight Amber Ale’s easygoing name. Too firmly hopped to be a pure Amber Ale, but too malty to be an IPA, this not-so-typical Amber Ale has a slight up-front bitterness that fades into a malt body influenced by caramel, toast, and toffee flavors. Named after Southern Pacific’s “Daylight” trains–known for their beautiful passenger cars and breathtaking views–Daylight gives hop-heads something to sip when they’re looking to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
