Transient Artisan Ales - Nerdvana

We teamed up with our good friends at Gamecraft Arcade here in Southington for this collaborative brewing effort. Nerdvana is a delicious candy inspired Sour Ale brewed with buckets of grape and strawberry Nerds, and fruited delicately with real strawberry to balance out the sour/sweet ratio. We chose to leave out the lactose on this recipe for a slightly more traditional, drier, and more refreshing finish that all can enjoy! Evoking memories of younger and more innocent times when things weren't so crazy. Cheers!
