Beer description
This year, the EndemiK is a simpler blond Ale than in previous years, to make way for the endemic hops harvested in 2020. The quantities were less than usual, which necessitated this adaptation.
It is a wild hop growing naturally in Daoulas, and transplanted on the property in order to provide a favourable environment for its development.
On a malted base bringing roundness in the mouth, this hop, while subtle, develops quince and citrus fruit aromas.
This beer is made every year during the hop season, bringing a "vintage" aspect to our production. The difference is also in the use of fresh hops, rather than dried hops. This gives the beer a slightly "green" plant aroma.
