Beer description
Ale made from a Guyanese syrup recipe, used in particular to make ti-punch. So we tried to make a "ti-punch beer", but without rum.
The structure is full in the mouth, quite round, slightly acidic due to the use of lime. The spices (vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg) accompany the whole, without being too dominant.
This is certainly a beer for tasting, and will also accompany certain exotic dishes.
