Pils Bohemian Style

Beer description
This blond bottom-fermented, Czech style beer spent part of the winter in fermentation vats at low temperatures (around 10-12°C, compared to 18°C for the Ales). The hops used are Saaz (indispensable from Pils) and Motueka from New Zealand, which is a kind of "super Saaz".
It is fine in the mouth and aromatic, a light but present body, with a subtle bitterness.
