Le Prospecteur - Trifopoivrée

Trifopoivrée is a Belgian and Abitibi inspired beer. It stands out thanks to the addition of Cubèbe pepper, Voatsifepery pepper and dune pepper (cracked alder), which give it a peppery aroma. As well as offering a very fruity, slightly banana nose, it has a wheaty, honeyed flavour and a bitterness that makes it very refreshing (SRM 3).
