Beer description
We took our version of the traditional Austrian dessert and matured it in a very Brazilian cachaça barrel. Our strong ale with apple, cinnamon and vanilla, a collaboration with our friends at Cervejaria Augustinos, was left to rest in a cachaça barrel for 16 months. The intense flavour of the dessert was given a touch of cachaça and caramel.
