Trilha Cervejaria - Coffee Time Baristas - Pato Rei

This time, in addition to extremely high-quality coffees, we decided to develop the beer recipe in partnership with baristas we admire. The version brewed in conjunction with Tiago De Mello from Pato Rei, received the addition of the Café Guesha variety as well as Jasmin Flower. The result is a beer that delivers the expected power of the style combined with incredible elegance. A super floral aroma from the jasmine flower is complemented by delicious notes of nuts and dark fruit from the coffee.
