Trilha Cervejaria - Coffee Time Baristas - Um Coffee Co.

This time, in addition to extremely high-quality coffees, we decided to develop the beer recipe in partnership with baristas we admire. The version brewed together with Boram Um from Um Coffee Co, received the addition of the Bourbon Pink variety as well as Honey Citron Tea Spread (fruit macerated in honey cider) made with Yuzu lemon. The result is a beer with a lot of personality, with aromas and flavours that wander between caramel, dark fruit and citrus touches of orange and lemon.
