Beer description
Our first spontaneously fermented beer took us to another world. It took 36 months to achieve the most elegant and delicious funkiness we've ever produced. We're thrilled. The addition of pineapple appears in the background, creating a beautiful tropical backdrop for the characteristics of spontaneous fermentation to reign. Wild notes, a slight floral flavour and something reminiscent of coconut create a perfect ensemble along with a superbly balanced acidity.
