Trilha Cervejaria - Gorilla Maple & Café Bourbon Single Barrel - Barrel Club 2021

Our Gorilla base of Russian Imperial Stout. Brutal, heavy, liqueur-like and silky, they are always combined with different adjuncts that give each recipe a unique personality. Gorilla Maple & Café was first produced in May 2019 and now returns in a special version, exclusive to Barrel Club 2021. Aged in Bourbon barrels, it has gained an extra dose of complexity, with a high, creamy body and notes of coconut and Bourbon in the foreground. Roast and coffee are present, complemented by an intense, delicious maple aroma.
