Beer description
Very intense acidity due to mixed fermentation with brettanomyces. Produced with organic yellow raspberries from Fazenda Silvestre, in the Serra da Mantiqueira, which were added to the wooden barrel in the final months of maturation.
Intense wine notes due to the long ageing period and a lot of complexity in the aroma, brought on by the fruit.
