Trilha Cervejaria - Uppumango French Oak

Prepare yourself. This is one of those beers that when you drink it, you think: ‘wow, it doesn't taste like beer’. That's the fun of it: the world of beer is so vast that you can always expand the flavours you can find in a sip. Uppumango is a gose, a German-style beer with acidity and a savoury finish. We added a tropical touch to the classic recipe: mango. It was exuberant. But there's always room for improvement: from time to time we mature a batch in French oak. It becomes more complex, gains depth. The texture changes, it becomes creamier. A beer full of surprises.
