Trillium Brewing Co. Double Dry Hopped Summer Street

Our expanded version of the Summer Street IPA offers secondary dry hopping with Simcoe. The DDH Summer offers a dark, sunflower-golden appearance with strong aromas of floral pine and ripe pineapple with a hint of citrus peel and freshly picked blueberries. Strong, dynamic aromas of juicy tangerine, diced strawberries, pineapple cubes and green pear lead the palate with a modest, balanced bite of grapefruit seed and pine needles. Just above the middle mouthfeel with a dry finish.
