Trillium Brewing Co. Launch Beer

Brewed for the first time to commemorate the grand opening of our new facility in Canton, MA. This special light beer marks a common milestone for the entire Trillium team. A new fermentation profile gives juicier notes and a soft mouthfeel. This refreshing light beer has a golden appearance and a medium body and is full of aromas of mango, orange, melon and a hoppy cup. With a mosaic / citra in dry hops and a crispy pils-malt backbone, Launch Beer shows graceful orange flavors, a slight lime character, a hint of melon and a slight pithiness.
